Delivery partners for the Warm Homes era
The Warm Homes Plan puts £15bn behind home upgrades to 2030, and every funded measure begins with an assessment done to standard. We are the assessment layer: accredited, evidence-first, and honest about capacity.
The problems we take off your desk
National programmes, local delivery gaps
Funding announcements do not assess houses — accredited people do, and the shortage of them has already delayed national policy. Programmes that contract assessment capacity early are the ones that hit their numbers.
Data quality decides what the programme is worth
Assessment data feeds targeting, funding claims and published outcomes. Ours is produced under RdSAP 10 with photographic evidence throughout — inputs that stand up to audit years later.
Assessment and installation should not share an owner
When the body assessing need also sells the measures, the numbers bend. We install nothing and sell nothing downstream — the assessment is the product, which keeps it honest.
How we tailor the service for government & public sector
Programme-shaped delivery
Batched scheduling, defined reporting intervals, named contact, and escalation that reaches a person. We fit the programme structure you run rather than imposing ours.
Accredited and auditable
Elmhurst and ECMK accredited assessors, PAS 2035 retrofit assessments for funded routes, certificates lodged on the central register within 48 hours of assessment.
Honest capacity, in writing
We commit to volumes we can deliver and say so when we cannot — a smaller honest number beats a large missed one, in delivery and in your reporting.
London depth, national reach
Deep coverage across London, wider reach through our network of accredited assessors. Tell us the geography and we will tell you plainly what we can serve.
Warm Homes Plan — £15bn to 2030 — and ECO4 closes 31 December 2026
The delivery landscape is reorganising around the new Warm Homes Agency while the old obligation scheme winds down. Assessment capacity contracted now is what keeps pipelines moving through the transition.
The compliance clock
Band E is the letting minimum
It is unlawful to let a domestic property rated F or G without a registered exemption. Roughly 60% of privately rented homes sit at D or below — compliant today, exposed tomorrow.
Government & public sector — questions we get asked
Can you respond to formal tenders and frameworks?
Yes — send the documents. We provide accreditation evidence, insurance, method statements and references as required, and we will tell you before bidding if a lot is beyond our honest capacity.
What geography can you cover?
London in depth directly, and wider through our accredited assessor network. We are straight about this: give us the target geography and volumes and we will confirm what we can commit to rather than promising a map.
What exactly do you deliver — and not deliver?
We deliver assessments: domestic EPCs, PAS 2035 retrofit assessments, and the reporting built on them. We do not install measures, coordinate retrofits or sell products — deliberately, so the assessment data stays independent.
How is your data quality controlled?
Accreditation-scheme QA through Elmhurst and ECMK, RdSAP 10 methodology with every window measured and photographic evidence retained, and internal review before lodgement. Certificates are on the central register within 48 hours of the visit.
