Envirocept ("we") provides energy assessment and retrofit services across London. This policy explains what happens to information you enter on this website.
What we collect
Depending on which form you use, we collect:
- Free Soft EPC Review: the property details you enter (type, age, heating, insulation, glazing). The estimate itself runs in your browser; your contact details and answers are sent to us only when you register to unlock the tool or go on to submit a booking.
- Booking an assessment: your name, email, phone number, property address and postcode, and any notes you add.
- Booking and paying online: the same details, plus your property type and number of bedrooms so we can price the job. Payment is taken by PayPal — your card details go straight to them and never reach us. We receive only confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference.
- Assessor / job applications: your name, email, phone number, and accreditation number if you provide one. The form does not upload your CV file itself — only its filename is sent, and you are asked to email the document separately.
How it's delivered
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. We don't run our own server behind this site, so Web3Forms briefly processes your submission in order to deliver it — it is not used for marketing and does not appear on this site as a tracking script.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the assessment or appointment you've requested, or process your job application. We don't use anything you submit for marketing without asking first, and we don't sell or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to deliver the form (above).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service you've requested and meet our accounting/compliance obligations, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
