Advertising measurement (only if you accept)

We advertise on Google, and we need to know which adverts actually lead to a booking — otherwise we are paying for clicks blindly. If you accept cookies, Google Ads sets a cookie that tells us an advert led to a booking. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, no advertising cookie is set at all and the site works exactly the same.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any general-purpose tracking service, and we do not sell or share advertising data.

What actually talks to a third party here

• Fonts: this site's typefaces are self-hosted on our own domain — no request is made to Google Fonts or any external font service when you load a page.
• Web3Forms: when you submit a form (booking, Soft EPC review registration, or job application), the details you typed are sent to Web3Forms so it can deliver them to us by email. See our Privacy Policy for what that covers.
• PayPal: if you book and pay online, your card details go directly to PayPal, our payment processor. They are never sent to us and we never see or store them. PayPal sets cookies on its own hosted payment page to prevent fraud.
• Google Ads: only after you accept, and only to record that a booking came from an advert.

What we store on your device

Your cookie choice itself is remembered so we do not ask again on every page. Beyond that: if you register to use the Soft EPC Review or unlock upgrade suggestions, your registration and estimator answers are kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit only — they let the tool remember you between pages and carry your estimator answers into the booking form. Everything is deleted automatically when you close the tab or browser, nothing persists between visits, and contact details are never pre-filled into forms.
