Retrofit Assessor — Aberdeen

Role Overview

Qualifications

• Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment
• TrustMark registration and active accreditation (Elmhurst, ECMK, etc.)
• PAS 2035 Assessor credential

Requirements

• Valid Right to Work in the UK
• Active Public Liability (£2M+) & Professional Indemnity insurance
• Clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Equipment: Inspection cameras, thermal imaging (preferred), moisture meters, laser measure, tablet
• Valid basic DBS check

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform whole-house energy assessments according to PAS 2035 guidelines.
• Create detailed floor plans, elevation sketches, and property condition reports.
• Assess existing ventilation adequacy and identify structural defects, damp, or condensation.
• Submit assessment logs to Retrofit Coordinators via compliant platforms.
