What you're booking

What you receive
The EPC lodged on the government register within 48 hours, the floor plan in print and web formats, and the written legionella assessment for your file — sent together as one pack to you and, if you want, straight to your agent.
Access we need
Every room, the loft hatch, boiler and heating controls, the water cylinder or tank, and the taps. Someone over 18 must let the assessor in.
