What you're booking
A modelled, costed route from your current EPC band to the one you need. Every candidate measure is run individually through the assessment software against your actual property, then ranked by how much band movement each pound buys — and anything conservation rules, planning or the building fabric would block is flagged before you spend on it.
What happens on the visit
- Plan only — no visit neededIf your certificate is reasonably current we work from it and the data behind it, desk-based.
- With a new EPC — 30 to 45 minutesIf your certificate is old or the property has changed, we survey first and model from fresh data.
- Every measure modelled separatelyInsulation, heating, controls, glazing and renewables each tested against your building rather than a generic list.
What you receive
A written plan within 3 working days: your current position, each measure with its realistic band impact and indicative cost, a recommended order of work, and notes on grant eligibility. We install nothing and take no commission, so the ranking answers to your budget and nobody else.
Access we need
Nothing for the plan-only option. If a new EPC is included, the assessor needs the same access an EPC visit requires.
